1. Respect & Dignity

  • Treat all community members — workers and households — with respect and dignity
  • No discrimination based on caste, religion, gender, or economic status
  • Use respectful language in all communications
  • Value the skills and contributions of every worker

2. Honest Profiles

  • Provide accurate information about your skills, experience, and availability
  • Use real photos — of yourself and your work
  • Don't misrepresent your qualifications or experience
  • Keep your profile and availability status updated

3. Fair Engagement

  • Negotiate fair wages directly and honestly
  • Honor your commitments — show up when agreed
  • Communicate clearly about expectations, timings, and scope of work
  • Give honest feedback to help the community grow

4. Safety

  • Share personal contact details only when comfortable
  • Meet in safe, agreed-upon locations for the first time
  • Report any inappropriate or unsafe behavior immediately
  • Trust your instincts — you can decline any connection request

5. Prohibited Behavior

  • Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior of any kind
  • Fraud, scams, or misleading information
  • Posting inappropriate or offensive content
  • Using the platform for illegal activities
  • Spamming or soliciting unrelated services

6. Reporting & Enforcement

If you experience or witness a violation of these guidelines, please report it through the app or by contacting us. We take reports seriously and may suspend or remove accounts that violate community standards.

7. Grievance Redressal

For complaints or disputes, contact our community team at community@dihaadi.com. We will review and respond within 7 working days.
